If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or does not match its advertised description, you are eligible for a free exchange within 7 days of delivery.

- Return the item to our address in its original condition
- A replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost

If the item received matches the advertisement and you wish to return or exchange it:
- Exchange: Available upon return of the item — you only pay the shipping charges
- Refund: Applicable after deduction of shipping charges and a 10% processing fee on the order value; the remaining amount will be refunded
