Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Charges
All COD orders are subject to the following fees at checkout:
- Shipping charges (as applicable)
- Applicable taxes
- Total COD fee: PKR 500 per order
Delivery Time
- 3–5 working days from order confirmation
Online Payment Orders
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders of PKR 1,500 or more
- Additional discounts may apply for online payment customers
- Standard shipping charges apply on orders below PKR 1,500
Delivery Time
- 2–4 working days from order confirmation
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed:
- Our representative will send you a WhatsApp confirmation within 1 hour
- Please confirm your order via WhatsApp to proceed
- Upon confirmation, your tracking details will be shared on WhatsApp so you can monitor your parcel in real time
📦 Orders are only processed after WhatsApp confirmation. Please ensure your contact number is active and reachable.

- Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or remote locations
