Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Charges

All COD orders are subject to the following fees at checkout:

• Shipping charges (as applicable)
• Applicable taxes
• Total COD fee: PKR 350 per order

Online Payment Orders

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders of PKR 1,500 or more
• Additional discounts may apply for online payment customers
• Standard shipping charges apply on orders below PKR 1,500

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed:

1. Our representative will send you a WhatsApp confirmation within 1 hour
2. Please confirm your order via WhatsApp to proceed
3. Upon confirmation, your tracking details will be shared on WhatsApp so you can monitor your parcel in real time

📦 Orders are only processed after WhatsApp confirmation. Please ensure your contact number is active and reachable.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or remote locations

• We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Incorrect, Damaged, or Misrepresented Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or does not match its advertised description, you are eligible for a free exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Return the item to our address in its original condition
• A replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost

Change of Mind / Item as Described

If the item received matches the advertisement and you wish to return or exchange it:

• Exchange: Available upon return of the item — you only pay the shipping charges
• Refund: Applicable after deduction of shipping charges and a 10% processing fee on the order value; the remaining amount will be refunded

Online Payment Orders

Incorrect, Damaged, or Misrepresented Items

If the item received does not match its advertised description or arrives damaged:

• You are eligible for a full refund or free exchange — no deductions apply
• Contact us promptly with photos/evidence of the issue

General Conditions

• All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition
• Modern Watch reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items before processing any refund or exchange

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
